Dr. Vijaykumar Ramkumar, Chairman & CEO – is a world renown brilliant and dedicated individual with a commanding knowledge of a variety of disciplines. Dr. Kumar received his MBBS from Madras Medical College, India. He attained his CPCU designation in 1972. He has Chaired and been the CEO and Director of numerous corporations including Bio Sterile Inc., Advance Investors Interface Inc. He was awarded the Star of the Year from General Insurance Corporation of India (2^nd Largest insurance company in Asia). He helped Mexican Nationals set up the Risk Retention Act of 1986. He has been an advisor to numerous insurance companies in various capacities including GAAP and IBNR issues. He has been the leader of many claim investigations including the Union Carbide trial in India and the Air India crash.

Eduardo Cumo, Director - studied medicine in his home country of Argentina and practiced in the field of OB-GYN. Upon his arrival in the US , he saw a great demand in the Hispanic Community for professional media information distribution. He formed American VIP Investments and Advertising as a response to the need. The demand has been so strong, that it has grown into advertising and entertainment in the US, South America and Europe. Recognized as a pioneer, he and his creative team have enjoyed a long and rewarding experience in even the most challenging productions.

Rick Reyes, Director - Mr. Reyes has well over 20 years of experience in construction, construction management, ”Green Technology” and political strategies.  Mr. Reyes has held positions as General Contractor for a variety of projects.   Most of his projects are in the dollar range of 5 to 10 million dollars.  In the political arena, he spent 10 years lobbying, developing strategies, public relations, and grassroots organizing.  Mr. Reyes has a Bachelors of Science  from University of California School of Biological Sciences.  Mr. Reyes management and political experience is the cornerstone for FNIG.

Hugh Riddle -  has been an innovative financial engineer for the past 30 years. He is a recognized expert in obtaining financing for start-up companies providing direction, leadership and fiscal management through Hugh Riddle and Associates. Beginning his business career at Prudential Insurance Company, Mr. Riddle became a multi-year member of the Million Dollar Round Table. He next joined Rice Advertising Agency as a partner responsible for account supervision. Mr. Riddle became a licensed commodity trader, spending time at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange and the Board of Trade working for several brokerage firms, and cementing his value as a financial manager and advisor.

J. “Yon” Friedmann – has a wealth of experience in the area of finance and corporate management. His most recent position was CEO/President of a California frozen and fresh food manufacturing and processing company operating out of a USDA, FDA, and KOSHER certified facility. Concurrently, he has been developing the strategy to launch a patented invention called the Aqua-Terra Planetary Transport Systems & Economic Development Project. In the financial world, Mr. Friedman passed the Commodity Brokers exam (Series 3, 4, 7 24 and 63) and was active as a licensed commodity broker with American National Trading Corp. At a Los Angeles securities firm, he was EVP/GM overseeing investment banking, compliance, brokers, customer activities and negotiated resolution to complaints. He also published a book titled “Wall $treet Talk” that dealt with definition of terms in the security industry, and holds both a Bachelor of Science Degree with a major in Management and minor in Economics and an Executive MBA.
